Isn't the "slutty" dress the same one she wears while on the trip with Ian? I imagine she'll put it back on even without going blonde eventually.

I haven't experienced an Alison playthrough where she hasn't gone blonde. I assumed it's not just that dress, but other items of clothing she changes based on Ian's comments. Not sure if those change regardless of comments. But honestly, I could take them or leave them. I really just want her to heww (the sensitive & respectful PC term for hoe) it up in bed without the godawful bleach-blonde hair change. Threesome, no condom, dirtier sex-scene choices while staying brunette. Worth an additional play-through save if she can do all of that while avoiding the blonde entirely.

For what's worth, if you stay away from Alison until she goes all Ian-crazy, you can give her opinion on the color change. It gets recorded, so i figure there's theoretical possibility you could get cum-addicted condom-hating Alison who goes back to her natural hair color, if you can live with her being blonde for a while.

Thanks. I did get that option and made that "natural hair better" comment in one of my playthroughs, so I assume the possibility is there too. (Looks like Alison Blonde downgrades to 1 with the selection too). Just confirmed looking at the art in game though that there is at least a small bit of content (nude text) only available with blonde Alison. So that probably answers my question on whether the sluttier behavior in bed has to be tied to the blonde hair or not at this point. My guess is that it does.

Not in this update, but around Ch.10 if Ian has high enough Athletic attribute his appearance gets a slightly more buff sprite, and some of the girls have reactions to it.
