Just as the title says, Im looking for scary/horror theme games. Preferably RPGM, Unreal Engine or Unity. Lmk if you know any!

Black Souls is definitely one of them. Second game has a bigger focus on horror but the first isn't sunshine and roses.
I mean are you talking about spooky or are you talking about dark themes? Those are two very different beasts. Like, do you want a jumpscare or 2, do you want a spooky atmosphere or do you want dismemberment and necrophilia?

Now&then (VN)(adopted daughter though) No SA
Overgrown: Genesis (RPGM, probably the best one around)
Parasite in City (Sidescroller)
Anthophobia (Basically the same game)
Parasitic Evil (bad 2d resident evil)
Found Dead (RPGM, pretty fun, needs japanese locale)
Silent Pill (RPGM, beloved by many, I hate it due to its absurdly low difficulty)
Rough Stuff:
Sinistar (Platformer w Combat)
Night of revenge (2D porn dark souls)
Whisperer (Shitty Sinistar, bewar MTL)
As for non-porn, Fear&Hunger is is one of the best Horror games I have played. It is also made with RPGM and really pushes the engine.

Aside from Black Souls and Fear & Hunger (already mentioned) you can also try to check out some visual novel games. Higurashi: When They Cry and Kara no Shojo are really cool stories if you want some mystery with horror elements (not hentai games but still good). I think Divimera has some spooky moments and also a sanity system but that's more like a mystery story too (but has some good h-scenes alongside a decent story).
