If you use the Multi+Cheat Mod, there will be a MOD settings at the bottom of the screen to the right.
I think the pregnancy route got released on the 22nd, according to Icstor's patreon. Unless I read it wrong.

After playing the new patreon approved version I just started it again with the restored content patch. Playing through the Sidra and Isla story again (the neighbors) made me really bummed out this story never got finished. I saw some speculation that the DLC 3 would be the version where the cut stories and content would return. I would be so excited if that were the case. Finally getting to see if Isla and MC blackmail Sidra or just get their revenge by pulling a Jazmin. Where during one of Sidra’s punishment session of Isla the MC enters the room and together with Isla they tie up Sidra and instead of preventing her from orgasming like with Liza they force her to orgasm endlessly from the morning till the end of the night.
