Two titles I have no clue of in the top 10 for manga this week :o As for Orange, I think it's a bit early for anime adaptation. I'd like to see it though but I still think it's a bit early. Good to see Ao Haru Ride doing well this week. I hope to see Silver Spoon in the top 3 next week though. Hmm, Overlord spotted in the LN section. |

WOW! Ao Haru Ride on! 439,150 *,440,604 Ao Haru Ride Vol.11 Those are rarefied numbers, especially for a shoujo title. I am thoroughly impressed! I always knew it was a big seller, but not like this in week 1! Let's compare that to the first week numbers for Volume 10 on May 19th - 25th: *3. 235,903 *,235,903 Ao Haru Ride Vol.10 Terra Formars vol. 9 was #1 that week with a bit over 300k. So, a 200k bump in week one sales for the first release after the anime went on air... I do believe that we can call this anime a success right now, before we see ANY sales figures from the BluRay/DVD releases. Wouldn't you say so? Come on! Announce season 2 before season 1 is over, dang it!!!!! |

Something like Ao Haru Ride won't be able to sell discs, that's why i'm glad the manga sales is able to make up for it. With the plot finally start to pick up as of episode 7 (After a painfully slow start), there's still lot of chance that its volumes will be staying on the ranking for the upcoming weeks. |

This doesn't guarantee a second season but it IS pretty good news for the anime since the main point of an anime adapted from a manga is to promote it's source material. And Ao Haru Ride is still ranking very well in the daily rankings, so it could have a 100k second week if we're lucky. But definitely more than 50-60k second week. |

But atlas chances are slim or it just won't happen. Though Viz really needs to bring a physical English release of Tokyo Ghoul's manga. |

Not rly, SnK´s most buys and sells are due to Hype , TG has a decent story and Kaneki is one of the best constructed Main Characters i have ever seen... Blue Exorcist is nothing compared with TG neither is SnK aka the Overrated and Overhyped train Good to see that TG is dominating, they rly messed up the anime , dont know why they keep doing this kinds of fuckery in animation industry when they have so many chapters they could just adapt from and stay true...but instead they decide "wow lets mess the events of this manga so we can have a shitty anime" |
