Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; however, please remember the essential rule of respecting copyrights. Edits to Wikipedia, such as your edit to the page Microwave analog signal processing, may not contain material from copyrighted sources unless that text is available under a suitable free license. It is almost never okay to copy extensive text out of a book or website and paste it into a Wikipedia article with little or no alteration, though you can clearly and briefly quote copyrighted text in the right circumstances. Content that does not comply with this legal rule must be removed. For more information on this, see:

If you still have questions, there is the Teahouse, or you can click here to ask a question on your talk page and someone will be along to answer it shortly. As you get started, you may find the pages below to be helpful.

We need to have documentation that shows the copyright holders have given permission for the material to be copied to this website, and are prepared to release the material under license. Wikipedia has procedures in place for this purpose. Please see WP:Donating copyrighted materials for an explanation of how to do it. There's a sample permission email at WP:Consent. -- Diannaa (talk) 04:01, 28 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
If you are intending to add content from your own thesis, we don't want it. We don't publish original research. See Wikipedia:No original research -- Diannaa (talk) 04:02, 28 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Unblock

Dear Admin,

I respectfully submit that the decision to block my account for copyright violation is a misunderstanding. The text I added pertains to a general scientific concept derived from research to which I contributed. General scientific concepts are not subject to copyright restrictions, as they constitute shared knowledge rather than protected content.

I kindly request that you review this matter and lift the block on my account.

Thank you for your attention to this appeal. Nikfal (talk) 04:11, 28 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

I have unblocked your account. Please don't add copyright material to Wikipedia, even if you are the copyright holder, unless you have released it under a compatible license using the procedure provided above. Regardless, please don't add your own oroginal research to Wikipedia. That's not allowed. -- Diannaa (talk) 12:39, 28 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
