I've been to Melbourne twice and loved it both times.
Cool. You are welcome back, anytime.
You will look back on this trip, and remember it all with love. Yes, even the cold parts. I know, I did it for the first time in 1974. Froze almost to death, especially driving from Perth. My girl, before we got married, we built great memories. Our instamatic camera, and each other. Lovely experience, we went up through Sydney to Brisbane to Hervey Bay where she was borne. Where we got married. Tropical weather all the way up to Cairns and Port Douglas. A whole three months. We looked through the photo album lots of times. So much better with video now.
yep Melbourne 4 seasons in one day lol gotta love it
Certainly keeps you on your toes!
Melbourne is always a great place to visit snd half my family either have always lived or have moved there. But Perth is my number one for every day living.
I think that’s similar to how I feel (for now at least!)
Loved the lady falling into the deck chair!
I missed that, I’ll have to go back to find it 😂
I think as Melbourne visitor vlogs go you did a really good one! I love all the places you went but the Library just blows my mind and it's such a hidden wonder. I reckon 98% of Melburnians have never seen it. We'll be visiting the grand kids and family this weekend, my wife will go to NGV to see that exhibition and I may or not go, it's not really my style but our daughter has been twice. I'll be off to AAMI Park on Sunday to watch Melbourne Storm.
Im sure we'll fit in a Banh Mi as we try to do every visit and probably noodle or Pho as well.
Thanks Sarahs plural!
Omg… that almond croissant!!!
The only town to win World's Most Livable City 7 years running and also won World's Friendliest City last year.
Go Melbourne!
The weather here in Melb has been up and down like a brides nightie 🫨
😂
Glad you came to visit Melbourne. It does get really hot here. In summer it can be 40 degrees one day and then 20 degrees the next.
4 seasons in a day I’ve heard!
Gorgeous as usual.
I loved your walks around Melbourne & that you enjoyed it here in my ‘home’ town of 53 years. Yes, the weather can be changeable but that’s how we like it. You must visit my real home town of Hobart. Very English architecture as it’s where the English convicts were sent.
Thank you! Tassie is definitely high up on the bucket list 😊
You have had just a taster of Melbourne. So much more to experience. You must come back, next time in winter, so you can visit the Dandenong Ranges in its winter glory.
Sara won’t be able to keep me away for long so I’m sure I’ll see it in all seasons eventually 😊
Id kill for Melbourne weather right now , Perth summer just doesn't want to go away. Bring on Perth winter , now that is nice 😊
I have got to get off my bum and visit Perth. The only capital I have never been to. Just imagine the most remote city in the world. So Australian!😄Sarah has got me fired up to do the westerly trek.
@LJSpit April, May, Sept or October are the best times
Unfortunate timing with the weather lol. It was so warm and dry in February except for one week where it was chilly and wet.
Sounds like I’ll need to come back!
@@sarahbolsontravelNot in our winter!
We’ve had such a warm and sunny summer. It’s 30 every day this week so you just had to bad luck with the weather
Chicken Parmi and Chicken Schnitzel are staple offerings at pubs and most sports/RSL etc clubs.
A bit unfair. it has hardly rained for 3 months and the temperature has been warm but for 2 or 3 days. Good on your friends, it is always hard being the tour guide.
So glad you said Parma and not parmi like these interstate weirdos 😂😂😂
Parma/Parmi?
Potato cake / potato scallop?
Pandora's can of worms there but I don't care what you call them they're delicious!
I'm not a raw oyster person either, but I do like oysters kilpatrick. They're much nicer than raw, and the oysters don't have a "fishy" taste. Next time, when confronted with the dreaded raw oyster, go oysters kilpatrick.😊
Great advice thank you I will have to give that a go!
Melbourne has had a very warm and sunny summer and it’s 30 every day this week. You just got unlucky
Best city unfortunately we are 40km out. Love it next time send some fan invites.
Your videos are amazing, but the thumbnails don’t do them justice! I can redesign them for better engagement. Let me know!
Unfortunately,Lune Croissant is Overrated. However,The Coffee culture in melbourne is Immense along with Diverse Culture.
Wasn't always like that: ruclips.net/video/ZZVZeGpD-zk/видео.html
Bit biased as I have lived in and around Melbourne since 1960 (ex POM). Been to every capital city in Aus except Perth. Of all the cities I have been to Melbourne was officerly, a few years ago and is for me still the "most livable City in the world".
English whinging about the weather! 🙄 Of all people. Does it say it anywhere on your Plane Ticket that great sunny weather is always guaranteed????
If you want Sun all the time head to Queensland or Perth. But remember, there’s about 3 things to do in those places except to go to the beach…and going to the beach gets boring after a while.
No one is whinging except you.
Also, no capitals for 'plane' or ticket'.
Sarah lives in Perth you knob.
You whinged about the weather to many times. 😡😠🤬😈
its Melbourne, as a native its valid supposedly being summer :)
Fair enough too though, that was the cold weekend after the Friday was mid 30's. Was very odd, even for here.
I have NOOOOOO idea why any one even likes Melbourne, it is boring, ugly andwell,,,,awful. Certainly in real life not a patch on Sydney and that is PROBABLY why you got so many people recommending Melbourne is because they have NOTHING else to do!
What an idiotic thing to say
@@PrincePlanet-z2d Well that's an intelligent comment ! Proves my point I think !
@@HenriHattar ok?
Just a dumb troll.
@@LJSpit You articulate your opinion so good. A literary giant ! DUMAS! And I dont mean the author!
